Ok, there was a guy in the RTM leak thread that was trying to get the Windows 7 sidebar to Windows RTM.
What I did is I downloaded the zip file from http://www.win2008r2workstation.com/sidebar/ this page. btw thanks for the awesome work and took the "windows sidebar" folder from windows 8 release preview (64bit and 86bit) and replaced the files in the zip file from win2008r2workstation.
Then I tried to run the script in windows 8 RTM from desktop but it wouldnt work.
I didn't really analyze the problem because everything that not command prompt is beyond me.
But the errormessage said that it was looking for the files refrenced in the script in the windows\system32 folder.
so i copied install.cmd and the files folder directly into system32 and then ran the install.cmd again.
it worked perfectly.
